Adobe InDesign training for Artworkers.
One of the biggest changes in the graphic design industry has been the move to Adobe InDesign from Quark XPress. Having been a Quark user since version 2 I have an in-depth knowledge of that workflow and the techniques involved.
One of the great fears is moving from the comfort zone of a program that you are fully conversant with. This is the advantage of having proper training to enable that confidence and minimise the transition time.
The most common reason I hear for not migrating to InDesign is “I know I should learn it, but I’m so busy that it’s easier to work in Quark...” Proper training will solve that problem.
